§ 255-139. Driveways.

All-weather driveways for dwellings shall have a minimum width of 10 feet and shall be constructed from near curbline to a vehicular parking or storage area on the same lot . All driveways shall be constructed so as to permit the turning of vehicles on the lot so as to avoid the necessity of backing out into the street .
