§ 255-129. Use regulations.

A building or a group of buildings may be erected or used and a lot may be used or occupied for any of the following purposes and no others:

   A.   Single-family detached dwelling .

   B.   Single-family detached zero lot line dwelling .

   C.   Attached patio dwelling .

   D.   Townhouse structure .

   E.   Twin dwelling .

   F.   Multiplex dwellings .

   G.   Open space or recreational areas.

   H.   Accessory uses on the same lot with and customarily incidential to the above permitted uses .
