§ 244-11.   Violations and penalties.

   A.   Any person or persons, firm or corporation who or which shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or shall violate any of the duly approved rules and regulations of the Department of Health as in this chapter provided shall be liable, upon conviction, to a fine not more than six hundred dollars ($600.) in the discretion of the Justice of the Peace, together with costs of prosecution, and whenever such person or persons shall have been notified by the Department of Health or by service of a summons in prosecution, or in any other way, that he is committing such violation, each day thereafter that he continues and persists in such violation shall constitute a separate offense. 1
   B.   All prosecutions for violation of this chapter shall be by summary proceedings brought in the name and for the use of the Township of Upper Dublin before a Justice of the Peace in said township. All fines shall be paid to the Treasurer of Upper Dublin Township to apply to general funds.
