Any person failing to comply with the terms of this Article shall subject to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.) and costs. Each day that such person continues in violation shall constitute a separate offense punishable by a like fine or imprisonment. "Person" shall include every natural person, partnership, association or corporation. "Person," as applied to a partnership or association, shall mean the partners or members thereof and, as applied to corporations, shall mean officers thereof.
