All applications for permits required by this Chapter shall comply with the permit requirements of Chapter 73, Building Construction – Uniform Construction Code, and shall include such plans and drawings in duplicate or other data as may be required by the Code Official and shall satisfactorily indicate the barrier method and method of securing the barrier and the manner of emptying of the pool or body of water.
