It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to construct a bathing, swimming place or swimming pool, spa, hot tub, artificial body of water, or any excavation in which water may collect to a depth of two feet or greater, including a stormwater management facility, until a permit is first obtained from the Code Official of the Township of Upper Dublin.
