included in these regulations are minimum design requirements. The Board of Commissioners reserve the right in any case to request that development features exceed these

C. In reviewing

, the Board of Commissioners shall refer such

for recommendations concerning the adequacy of existing and proposed community facilities to serve the additional

D.
are requested to give careful consideration to the desirability of providing adequate
and paving on existing
and reserving areas and
for facilities normally required in residential sections, including churches, libraries, schools and other public
, parks, playgrounds and playfields; shopping and local business centers;
; and
for storm and sanitary sewer facilities in those areas that cannot be immediately joined to the existing storm and sanitary sewer systems of the Township.
E. Areas provided or reserved for such community facilities should be adequate to provide for
