§ 212-21.   Lots on public and private streets.

   A.   Depth. excessively deep in relation to width are to be avoided. A proportion of 2 ½ to 1 is generally regarded as proper maximum for 60 feet or more in width.
   B.   Width. The minimum width of a shall be that width which is measured between the points where the side meet the line and extending there from the full depth of the principal on the , plus an additional 25 feet. [Amended 6-14-2011 by Ord. No. 11-1240]
   C.   Corner . All corner shall be a minimum of 1 ½ times the minimum width of the interior of the same , except for 40,000 square feet or larger.

   E.   Sidelines. Whenever practicable, the sidelines of a shall be set at right angles or radial to the line.
   F.    numbers. For the purpose of , each may have an overall system of numbers, the number one being assigned to a in the first section to be developed. (Such system of numbers shall not be confused with the regular house or numbering system based on a Township-wide .)

   H.   Excessively irregular. A may not be created which is excessively irregular unless reasonably dictated by the topography of the land or other natural feature. An excessively irregular is one which is not four sided or which has a boundary line the length of which is more than 2.5 times the length of the opposite or any adjacent boundary line.
