§ 212-13.   Condominiums.
[Amended 1-10-1995 by Ord. No. 879]
The sale of or commercial units as under the Uniform Condominium Act, 68 Pa.C.S.A. § 3101 et seq., shall be permitted in accordance with Article V of this chapter, and no regulation within this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the form of ownership.
