§ 207-38. Violations and penalties.

[Amended 8-9-1988 by Ord. No. 753; 1-10-1995 by Ord. No. 879]

Any violation of any provision of this article shall be a misdemeanor and in summary conviction shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $250 and not more than $600.
