A. Any person who shall violate the provisions of this Article shall receive an official written warning of noncompliance for the first and second offense. Thereafter, all such violations shall be subject to the penalties hereinafter provided.
B. Any person who shall violate this Article shall, upon conviction before any District Justice be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $1,000 and not less than $25, and costs of prosecution for each and every offense. Each day's continuance of the offense shall constitute a new offense.
