A. All persons for whom the Township provides solid waste collection shall separate yard waste from other solid waste, recyclable materials and leaf waste produced at their residences and shall place same for collection by the Township in accordance with the regulations established hereunder.
B. The Township shall collect yard waste from all properties in the Township from which the Township is presently collecting solid waste pursuant to Article I of this chapter. All owners or occupants of such properties are required to separate yard waste from the other waste generated at such properties, including solid waste, leaf waste and recyclable materials, until collection by the Township.
