§ 203-41.   Violations and penalties.
   A.   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 203-35 or any person, firm or corporation who shall violate the provisions of § 203-36 hereof shall receive an official written warning of noncompliance for the first and second offense. Thereafter, all such violations shall be subject to the penalties hereinafter provided.
   B.   Except as hereinbefore provided, any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this Article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.), nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.) and costs of prosecution for each and every offense or, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days for each violation.
