Any resident may donate aluminum, glass or newspapers to any person, firm or corporation operating not for profit; provided, however, that the receiving person, firm or corporation shall not collect such donated recyclable materials from the curb or street-side or other authorized solid waste collection point without prior written permission from the township to make such collection.
