Any person who gages in unlawful conduct as defined in this Article shall, upon conviction thereof, in a summary proceeding before a District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.) and not less than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.). Each day that there is a violation of this Article shall constitute a separate offense.
