In carrying on activities related to solid waste collection or transportation within this municipality, all municipal waste collectors and all municipal waste transporters shall comply with the county ordinance, this Article and the other municipal waste flow ordinances and all rules and regulations pertaining to the collection, transportation and disposal of solid waste as may be hereafter promulgated by the municipality or by the municipal waste authority or the county. Delivery by such collectors or transporters to the county system of unacceptable waste, nonprocessible waste (except for white goods) and waste from unapproved sources is prohibited.
