§ 203-16.   License required.
No person who is not duly licensed or deemed to be licensed by the county may collect or transport municipal waste located or generated within the municipality. This waste collection or transportation license shall be a county license issued by the county or the municipal waste authority. The municipality shall administer such license upon request of the county or the municipal waste authority.
