A. The following refuse shall be considered to be not acceptable for collection by the Township:
(1) Materials or substances such as poisons, acids, caustics, infected materials and explosives.
(2) Materials resulting from the repair, excavation or construction of buildings or structures, such as earth, plaster, mortar or roofing material.
(3) Materials which have not been prepared for collection in accordance with the regulations.
(4) The solid wastes resulting from industrial processes.
B. No refuse will be collected from commercial or industrial sources.
C. No refuse will be collected from properties improved with three or more dwelling units. [Added 1-11-2000 by Ord. No. 1018; amended 5-11-2004 by Ord. No. 1130]
