A. The categorical pretreatment standards found at 40 CFR, Chapter I, Subchapter N, Parts 401–471, as amended, and as adopted by the respective operators, are hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth fully herein.
B. An operator may establish by regulation more stringent limitations or requirements on discharges to sanitary sewer systems if deemed necessary to comply with federal or state objectives.
