A. The Township reserves the right to, and may from time to time, adopt, revise and amend and readopt such rules and regulations as it deems necessary and proper for the use and operation of sewer systems, and all such rules and regulations shall be and become a part of this chapter.
B. Sanitary sewer system users within the Township shall comply with Township rules and regulations and the rules and regulations established by the operators within their respective service areas.
C. No industrial waste shall be discharged into the sanitary sewer systems within the Township without the express approval of the respective operators. In the event that an operator agrees to accept industrial wastes, pretreatment by the discharger shall be required as specified by the operator to upgrade such waste to operator specified levels prior to discharge into a sanitary sewer system.
