Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon summary conviction before a magistrate, pay a fine not to exceed $600 and costs of prosecution. All prosecutions for violations under this chapter shall be brought in the name of Upper Dublin Township, and all fines shall be paid to the Treasurer of the Township and shall be applied to the general funds of said Township.
