§ 145-14.   Violations and penalties.

Any person who or which shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.) nor more than six hundred dollars ($600.) for each and every such offense at the discretion of the District Justice, together with the costs of prosecution. All prosecutions for violations of this chapter shall be by summary proceedings and brought in the name and for the use of the Township of Upper Dublin before a District Justice. Each day of failure to correct a violation, following written notice, shall be considered a separate violation.
