The Board of Health of the Township of Upper Dublin shall make at least monthly inspections of the junkyards, salvage yards, etc., as hereinabove provided, and in the event that such inspection, in the opinion of the Department of Health of the Township of Upper Dublin, shall indicate a violation of any of these rules and regulations, the said Board of Health shall give notice, in writing, to the owner, operator or occupier of said junkyard, salvage yard, etc., to comply with the rules and regulations within a reasonable time after notification thereof, and in the event that said violation should continue beyond the time allotted for its discontinuance, the certificate or license granted under this chapter may be suspended or revoked by the Board of Health of the Township of Upper Dublin.
