§ 110-24. Property maintenance.

In accordance with Chapter 180, Property Maintenance, the following fees shall be charged:

   A.   Application for resale certification.

      (1)   Application more than 30 days before settlement: $45.

      (2)   Application within eight to 29 days of settlement: $90.

      (3)   Application within seven days of settlement: $135.
