In accordance with Chapter 255, Zoning, the following fees shall be charged:
A. An applicant for a change of zoning shall make payment of a fee of $1,000.
B. Conditional use application. An applicant for a conditional use approval shall pay a fee of $1,000. [Amended 5-13-2014 by Ord. No. 14-1289]
C. Zoning Hearing Board. An applicant for a variance or a special exception or an appellant from the determination of the Zoning Officer or Township Engineer shall pay the following fees:

D. The annual inspection fee for day camps shall be $100.
E. The fee for written zoning certifications shall be $150. [Amended 5-13-2014 by Ord. No. 14- 1289]
F. Engineering review fees. Where the Zoning Code requires engineering review to process an application, the applicant shall be responsible for the Township Engineer’s charges. At the time of application, the applicant shall deposit the sum of $1,000 in escrow with the Zoning Officer to be applied against such charges.
G. Appeals. An appellant challenging the substantive validity of a land use ordinance before either the Zoning Hearing Board or the Board of Commissioners shall pay a fee of $1,000 in addition to any other charges set forth herein.
H. Continuance.
(1) A fee of $100 shall be paid for any continuance of a hearing before the Zoning Hearing Board or the Board of Commissioners, or for the rescheduling of a hearing if requested by its applicant.
(2) If a hearing before the Zoning Hearing Board or the Board of Commissioners is continued, the applicant will be charged the actual cost for the stenographer, and the cost of advertising, for the second and all subsequent nights.
(3) If a hearing before the Zoning Hearing Board or the Board of Commissioners is postponed at the request of the applicant, the cost of re-advertising will be charged to the applicant.

I. Portable storage units. The fee for a zoning permit to allow a portable storage unit on a property shall be $25 per unit. [Added 10-14-2008 by Ord. No. 1205, § 3]
J. For a notice of preliminary opinion under the Municipalities Planning Code, a fee of $300 plus the cost of advertisement. [Added 5-13-2014 by Ord. No. 14-1289]
K. Utility sheds under 120 square feet. The fee for a zoning permit to allow a utility shed on a property shall be $50 per unit. [Added 2-13-2018 by Ord. No. 18-1340, §2]
