§ 91-3.   Exceptions.
[Amended 1-10-1995 by Ord. No. 879]
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit municipal dumps or recycling facilities maintained by the Township of Upper Dublin, or a reasonable accumulation of ashes or rubbish on private property by the owner thereof.
