§ 86-3.   Violations and penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of the offense of disorderly conduct and, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding, shall be sentenced to pay the cost of prosecution and a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.).
