A. Upper Dublin Township hereby elects to administer and enforce the provisions of the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act, Act 45 of 1999, 35 P.S. §§ 7210.101 through 7210.1103, as amended from time to time, together with the regulations promulgated thereunder by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
B. The Uniform Construction Code (referred to in this Chapter as the “Code”), as adopted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and contained in 34 Pa.Code, Chapters 401 through 405, as amended from time to time, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as the Uniform Building Code of Upper Dublin Township. The codes included within the Uniform Construction Code are those published by the International Code Council, Inc., as are now and as may be hereafter supplemented, reissued, amended, revised, and adopted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, copies of which have been and are now on file in the Township Department of Code Enforcement, and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated as if fully set out at length herein.
