§ 69-9.   Violations and penalties. 
[Amended 7-12-1988 by Ord. No. 751; 1-10-1995 by Ord. No. 879]
Any person who shall violate this chapter shall, upon conviction before any District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $1,000 and costs of prosecution for each and every offense. Each day’s continuance of the offense shall constitute a new offense.
