Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be liable, on conviction thereof in a summary proceeding, to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $600 for each offense, unless a lesser penalty is provided thereunder. Whenever such person shall have been notified by service of a citation in a summary proceeding, by service of a notice of violation by the Health Enforcement Officer or by receipt of a written notification from an affected person that he or she is committing such violation of this article, each day that he or she shall thereafter continue the violation shall constitute a separate offense punishable by a like fine.
