§ 64-15.   Violations and penalties.

   A.   Any owner, person, firm, association or corporation who shall violate or fail or refuse to comply with any provision of this article shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding before a District Justice of the Township of Upper Dublin, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $1,000, plus costs of prosecution.
   B.   For the first offense under this article, any owner, person, firm, association or corporation can avoid prosecution by reporting to the police station within 72 hours after receipt of such notice and paying the sum of $25; for a second offense, such prosecution may be avoided by reporting to the police station within 72 hours after receipt of such notice and paying the sum of $50; for a third offense, such prosecution may be avoided by reporting to the police station within 72 hours after receipt of such notice and paying the sum of $100; for a fourth and subsequent offenses, the owner, person, firm, association or corporation shall be prosecuted in accordance with Subsection A above.
   C.   A new and separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each day that any violation of the provisions of this article shall continue to exist.
