A. License may be transferred to another amusement game by the license holder within the calendar year of issuance upon obtaining a transfer license from the township and paying the sum provided in the township fee schedule.

B. The transfer license shall be affixed to the amusement game and displayed in accordance with § 61-6 of this chapter.
C. A license may be transferred to a purchaser of the business where the amusement game is located for the balance of the unexpired license term.
