A. Any person or persons, firm or corporations who or which shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, including the procuring of a license to operate an adult-oriented business within the Township of Upper Dublin, shall be liable, upon conviction for a first offense, to a fine of $500 for each and every day he, she, they or it shall operate an adult-oriented business contrary to the provisions of this chapter; and for a second offense, and each and every offense thereafter, in a like manner to a fine of $1,000 for each and every day, together with costs of prosecution in each case.
B. A person who operates or causes to be operated an adult-oriented business without a valid license or otherwise in violation of this chapter is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for the civil violations set forth above. Each day an adult-oriented business so operates is a separate offense or violation.
