Upon the grant or denial of an application for a license, or the grant or denial of the renewal thereof, or upon the suspension or revocation of any license, an appeal may be taken to the Board of Commissioners. Such appeal shall be made in writing within 30 days after such decision has been made, shall set forth the reasons therefor, shall be verified by affidavit and filed with the Township Secretary. The Board of Commissioners will schedule the date for a hearing at which time the appellant and his representatives shall have the right to appear and be heard.
