A. Every application for an adult-oriented business license (whether for a new license or for renewal of an existing license) shall be accompanied by a five-hundred-dollar nonrefundable application and investigation fee.
B. In addition to the application and investigation fee required above, every adult-oriented business that is granted a license (new or renewal) shall pay to the Township an annual nonrefundable license fee of $250 within 30 days of license issuance or renewal.
C. All license applications and fees shall be submitted to the Code Enforcement Department of the Township.
