The Nonuniformed Pension Board shall have full power and authority to make all decisions in accordance with the terms of the nonuniformed pension plan, including but not limited to the following:
A. To determine all questions relating to the eligibility of employees to become participants in the nonuniformed pension plan.
B. To compute and certify to the nonuniformed pension plan custodian the amount and kind of benefits payable to participants in the nonuniformed pension plan.
C. To make and publish such rules and regulations for the administration of the nonuniformed pension plan as are not inconsistent with the terms of any agreement.
D. The determinations by the Nonuniformed Pension Board shall be made based upon the submission of such evidence as the nonuniformed Pension Board shall require.
E. The determination of the Nonuniformed Pension Board in each case shall be final and conclusive.
