The Township of Upper Dublin hereby continues a nonuniformed employees pension plan first established on June 1, 1968, for the benefit of eligible employees of Upper Dublin Township. The nonuniformed pension plan shall be known as the "Upper Dublin Township Nonuniformed Employees Pension Plan and Pension Fund" (hereinafter "nonuniformed pension plan").
