§ 25-2.   Appointment; removal.
[Amended 2-10-1987 by Ord. No. 726]
The Manager shall be appointed by a majority of all the members of the Board of Commissioners, and such person shall serve at the will of the Board; provided, nevertheless, that upon termination of employment initiated by the Commissioners, the Manager shall be given a lump sum cash payment equal to three months aggregate salary.
