The boundaries of Ward Six shall be as shown on the Ward Map, dated October 30, 2014, and prepared by Metz Engineers, which is on file and is available for public inspection in the office of the Township Secretary, the legal description thereof being as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN political block or voting district known as Ward Six, situate in the political subdivision known as the Township of Upper Dublin, County of Montgomery, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, said Ward being located along the northwest line of the Township, being bordered by the Township of Horsham, and being bound and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Welsh Road, said point being the point of intersection of the center line of Welsh Road with the center line of Limekiln Pike, said point also being a point in the common line between the Township of Upper Dublin and the Township of Horsham; THENCE from said point of beginning extending along the center line of Welsh Road in a southeasterly direction crossing the beds of Norristown Road, Howe Lane, Terrace Drive, Farmview Road, Fort Washington Avenue, Dillon Road, Purdie Lane, Spring Hill Drive, Brittany Drive to the center line of Jarrettown Road (extended); THENCE leaving the bed of Welsh Road and extending along the center line of Jarrettown Road in a southwesterly direction crossing the bed of Holly Hill Lane to the center line of Tuckerstown Road (extended); THENCE leaving the bed of Jarrettown Road and extending southeasterly direction along the center line of Tuckerstown Road to the center line of Devonshire Road (extended); THENCE leaving the bed of Tuckerstown Road and extending along the centerline Devonshire Road in a southeast to southerly direction to the center line of St. Georges Road; THENCE in a southeasterly direction along the center line of St. Georges Road to the center line of Dreshertown Road; THENCE extending along the center line of Dreshertown Road in a southwesterly direction and crossing the bed of Dryden Road and Tuckerstown Road to a point where the extended property line along the southern border of the Dawesfield Open Space intersects with the center line of Dreshertown Road; THENCE, from said point of intersection extending along the extended southern property line of the Dawesfield Open Space in a northwesterly direction to a point at the southwest corner of the Dawesfield Open Space; THENCE from said point at the southwest corner of the Dawesfield Open Space extending in a northeasterly direction along the extended property line of the eastern boundary of the Montessori School to the common point between the Dublin Open Space, the Montessori School, and Tax Block 1 ID, Unit 3; THENCE, from said common point extending in a northerly direction along the property line between the Dublin Open Space and the Montessori School to a point where the said property line intersects with the center line of Jarrettown Road; THENCE in a westerly direction along the center line of Jarrettown Road crossing the beds of Heard Drive, Dublin Road, Aiden Lair Road, Lexington Drive, Kenmare Drive to the center line of Limekiln Pike; THENCE leaving Jarrettown Road and extending along the center line of Limekiln Pike in a northerly direction, crossing the beds of Broad Street, Dillon Road, Fulton Drive, Fort Washington Avenue, Shepard Drive, Bell Lane, Howe Lane, Wright Drive, Thornbury Drive, and Norristown Road to the center line of Welsh Road, said center line being the first mentioned point and place of beginning.
