(A) The town shall levy a charge of $12.60 per month for trash and curbside recycling services and such charge shall be added to the water and sewage collection each month where applicable. All other residents will be billed monthly for trash and recycling services only.
(B) Such trash and recycling charges shall be rendered only to private residences and shall not be rendered to commercial establishments or businesses of any nature within the confines of the town.
(C) There will be imposed a five 30-gallon bag limit per week to residences.
