(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any tap into a sewer under the provisions of § 51.06(C)(1) shall result in a fine of $100 per day of unapproved access to the said sewer.
(2) Accessing town’s water utility water without proper authorization by the Water Utility Superintendent or the Town Manager, as described in § 51.06(C)(3), shall result in a fine of $100 per incident.
