§ 51.05 REMOVING TOWN’S WATER UTILITY FROM JURISDICTION OF STATE UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION.
   The town’s water utility shall be removed from the jurisdiction of the state’s Utility Regulatory Commission for approval of rates and charges and of the issuance of stocks, bonds, notes or other evidence of indebtedness.
