§ 151.03 OBSTRUCTIONS; IMPROVEMENTS.
   No improvements such as trees, gardens or other obstructions shall be placed in the grass swale located in the right-of-way for all streets and thoroughfares of the town and any such obstructions are subject to removal by the town without notice.
