§ 151.02 TOWN REQUIREMENTS.
   The owner of any new residential construction shall install storm water facilities in accordance with the requirements of the town’s Storm Water Superintendent/Utilities Manager and certificate of occupancy shall not be issued to the owner of the real estate until the storm water facilities have been proper constructed.
