§ 30.01 ELECTION DISTRICTS.
   (A)   The town legislative body districts have been divided into three districts and, in addition, two Town Council members shall be elected at-large for a total of five Town Council members.
      (1)   District One shall include all town territory lying west of a line commencing at the north town limit of the town as 4th Street is extended north to the town limit and then south along the center of 4th Street to Jefferson Street; thence east on the center of Jefferson Street to 3rd Street; thence south on the center of 3rd Street to Reade Avenue; thence continuing south on the center of Vayhinger Loop on the Taylor University Campus; thence following Vayhinger Loop to where it intersects Taylor Lake Lane; thence due south to the town limit.
      (2)   District Two shall be comprised of all that portion of the town lying between District One and District Three.
      (3)   District Three shall include all town territory lying east of a line commencing at the intersection of County Road 500 East and Main Street and continuing thence south on the centerline of Main Street to McCabe Street; thence west on the centerline of McCabe Street to 2nd Street; thence south along the centerline of 2nd Street extended to a point which is one-eighth of a mile south of Reed Avenue; thence east to Main Street on a line perpendicular to Main Street; thence south on and along the center of Main Street to the south town limit.
   (B)   (1)   At-Large Seat 4 shall be an at-large precinct.
      (2)   At-Large Seat 5 shall be an at-large precinct.
   (C)   (1)   Commencing with the 2019 election, members of the Town Council for District One, District Two and At-Large Seat 4 shall be elected every four years by all registered voters residing in the town.
      (2)   Commencing with the 2022 election, members from the Town Council from District Three and At-Large Seat 5 shall be elected every four years by all the registered voters residing in the town.
