§ 130.02 PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY.
   It is a violation of this chapter for a parent, guardian or custodian to knowingly permit a person in his or her custody to violate § 130.01 of this chapter (except where one of more of the exceptions (defenses) listed in § 130.04 of this chapter applies).
