§ 111.02 PURPOSE.
   The town hereby taxes, licenses and relegates peddlers, solicitors and transient merchants and charges a fee for the transaction of business by peddlers, solicitors and transient merchants within the town limits and provides for the punishment of persons violating this chapter.
