§ 11.03 LEGAL HOLIDAYS.
   (A)   The designation of any legal holiday by the Council for town employees shall not affect any action taken by the Council while in regular or special session.
   (B)   Any action taken by any town officer or employee on any holiday shall be valid for all purposes.
