§ 92.05 WRITTEN NOTICE OF FAILURE TO CONTROL.
   Upon any property owner’s failure to control the growth of any vegetation on his, her, their or its real estate in accordance with this subchapter, the Code Enforcement Officer shall issue a ten-day written notice to the property owner to remove such vegetation. Such ten-day written notice shall be issued by the Code Enforcement Officer by certified mail, addressed to the property owner at the address published in the office of the Assessor of the county and by posting such written notice at the real estate.
