It shall be the duty and responsibility of the Town Marshal or his or her designated representative, (collectively referred to in this subchapter as the “Code Enforcement Officer”), to investigate complaints regarding the growth of weeds and rank vegetation in violation of this subchapter and to require the property owner to control the growth of weeds, grass and rank vegetation.
